Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Robert L. Voltz, Esq. sworn to December 30, 2010, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 17, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the dated January 10, 2011, and inserting in its place the date February 9, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 17, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the dated January 25, 2011, and inserting in its place the date February 24, 2011.
