Motion by Staten Island Legal Defense Services to be relieved of representing appellant on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered October 4, 2010, and to have other counsel substituted.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Staten Island Legal Defense Services is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal, and the Legal Aid Society located at 199 WATER STREET, 5TH FLOOR, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10038 is assigned as counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that Staten Island Legal Defense Services shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
