Court's own motion to permit the filing of supplemental briefs on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered January 8, 2008. By order of this court dated March 9, 2010, the appeal was held in abeyance and the matter remitted to the District Court to report on a specified issue. The District Court has now caused an amended report dated December 13, 2010 to be filed with this court.
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant may, within 30 days from the date of this decision and order, serve and file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent may, within 14 days after the appellant's supplemental brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order, file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance.
