| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated May 12, 2010. Separate applications by appellants in Appeal No. 1 and the appellant in Appeal No. 2 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the joint record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 21, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
