Motion by David J. Hernandez, counsel for the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2010, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2010, imposing a sanction upon him in the sum of $500.
