| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant to strike the brief filed by Rena W. on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 1, 2009, on the ground that she lacks standing to file a brief on the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until February 4, 2011, and the reply briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
