| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 8, 2009, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 24, 2010, for poor person relief, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to reargue the prior motion for a stay and for poor person relief are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 7, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
