DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Lloyd A. Carter and Thomas Leichliter for leave to reargue appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, all dated January 7, 2008, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated August 3, 2010, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-01556, 2008-01559, and 2008-01560, and appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, all dated January 7, 2008, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated August 3, 2010, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-01562, 2008-01563, and 2008-07128 to the extent that costs were awarded against them.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
