Application by the petitioners pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 7, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the petitioners' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 8, 2011, and the record or appendix on the proceeding and the petitioners' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
