DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Alexandra Stebelsky for leave to renew and reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 14, 2010, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permits the respondent to have overnight and consecutive day-to-day visitation, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
