DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 10, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for an award of interim counsel fees. Application by the appellant, in effect, to adjourn the return date of the motion in order to submit a reply.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
