| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including a hearing on the issue of attorney's fees, and, inter alia, to stay the transfer of the deed to the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 27, 2010, and November 22, 2010, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
