Respondent Sheehan Memorial Hospital having moved to strike appellant's record on appeal and appendix, and all respondents having moved to dismiss appellant's appeals taken herein from judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 29, 2009, January 11, 2010, and January 21, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth G. Adymy, Esq. sworn to December 2, 2010, the affidavit of Sally J. Broad, Esq. sworn to December 3, 2010, the affidavit of Jeffrey A. Wieczkowski, Esq. sworn to December 3, 2010, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of J. Michael Lennon, Esq. sworn to December 10, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is only granted to the extent that appellant may not proceed by the appendix method and appellant shall file 10 additional copies of the record with the Court, which the Clerk shall accept, and serve one additional copy of the record on each respondent on or before February 24, 2011, or else the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied with leave to renew at oral argument.
