Peradotto on December 3, 2010, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce the third decretal paragraph of the order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on October 25, 2010, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John A. Collins, Esq. sworn to November 29, 2010, December 13, 2010, and January 3, 2011, said show cause order with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jonathan D. Cox, Esq. sworn to December 10, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
