Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the
papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by Mark A. Naples for an extension of time to perfect his appeal is
granted, without costs, and the time to perfect his appeal is extended to March 28, 2011, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion by
Stress Medicine Media LLC for an extension of time to perfect its appeal is denied, without costs, on the grounds that a LLC may only be
represented by an attorney and not by one of its members who is not an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York (see CPLR 321
[a]; Michael Reilly Design, Inc., v Houraney, 40 AD3d 592 [2007]).
