DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 22, 2010, and August 3, 2010, respectively, docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-07577 and 2010-10642, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 22, 2010, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07575, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-07575 and 2010-07577.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-07575 and 2010-07577 is enlarged until April 25, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
