| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental record on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 29, 2009, and an order of the same court dated December 15, 2009, to include two affidavits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before February 10, 2011, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the subject affidavits; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 24, 2011, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental brief, if he be so advised; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 3, 2011, the appellant may serve and file a supplemental reply brief addressing the respondent's supplemental brief, if one is filed.
