On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 14, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 14, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph the street address "90-50 Parsons Blvd., #401" and substituting therefor the street address "153-01 Jamaica Avenue, Suite 201."
