Upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 26, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, which granted the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 19, 2010, May 17, 2010, June 24, 2010, and June 24, 2010, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is."
