Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 18, 2005, for leave to reargue that branch of his prior motion which was to enlarge the record to include certain material as exhibits to his supplemental brief, and application for leave to file a supplemental pro se reply brief, which were determined by decision and order on motion dated November 17, 2010, and to take judicial notice of certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
