It is Ordered that tenant-appellant Ravi Kotru's motion for a stay is granted on condition that he: 1- perfect his appeal by no later than the May 2011 Term - the filing deadline is March 8, 2011; 2- pays to the landlord the sum of $18,096.74 on or before February 10, 2011; 3- pays accruing use and occupancy to the landlord at the rate of $1,862.19, to be paid on or before the tenth of each month. In the event that the foregoing tenant fails to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
