Mitchell, Esq., assigned counsel for the appellant, for leave to reargue a prior motion to be relieved of an assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 10, 2010.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
