DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Patricia J. and Isa J. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2010, and two orders of the same court both dated May 14, 2010. By order to show cause dated December 23, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated November 12, 2010, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant Isa J. on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant Isa J., and dismissing the appeals by Isa J.

Now, on the Court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is

ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant Isa J.; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals by Isa J. are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
