DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue and renew her prior motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 1, 2010, and to return the subject child to her care and custody, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated December 7, 2010. Application by the attorney for the child to adjourn the motion for purposes of filing papers responding to the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied.
