| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals and a cross appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 13, 2010, and December 17, 2010, respectively, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered December 17, 2010, as directed the parties to complete the closing of the sale of the subject premises and directed the cancellation of the notice of pendency, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
