Application by the respondent Craig Goodman pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 11, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent Craig Goodman to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 28, 2011, the brief of the respondent Craig Goodman must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
