Appeal by Ethan Jacobs from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 23, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 28, 2010, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until November 30, 2010. The appellant has not perfected the appeal.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect the appeal in accordance with the order dated October 28, 2010 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[2]).
