| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeals by Stanislaw O. from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 26, 2010, and November 29, 2010, respectively.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-captioned appeals on the ground that the orders appealed from are nondispositional orders (see Family Ct Act § 1112), by filing affirmations or affidavits on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before March 8, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties or their attorneys by regular mail.
