Motion by the appellant to vacate or modify certain orders of protection against him, or allow him supervised visitation of the subject children, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it has been rendered academic by an amended order of the same court dated February 3, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
