The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Ronald Greenberg, Appellant.

Motion by the Legal Aid Society to be relieved of representing appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered July 17, 2009, and to have other counsel assigned.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and ELLEN E. EDWARDS, ESQ. located at 188 MONTAGUE STREET, SUITE 1101, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 11201 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
