Pyianate M. Levenstein, appellant,

v Lance K. Levenstein, respondent.

(Index No. 06-5618)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 2, 2009, and May 17, 2010, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 7, 2010, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the orders.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-01041, 2010-06928) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal therefrom terminated upon entry of the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.

FLORIO, J.P., DICKERSON, CHAMBERS and LOTT, JJ., concur.
