Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2009, and an order of the same court dated July 10, 2009, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 9, 2010, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
