Appeal by Nassau County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 4, 2010. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court on November 29, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the child was filed on January 3, 2011. By order on certification of this Court dated December 8, 2010, the following attorney was assigned as counsel for the respondent on the appeal, and was directed, inter alia, to contact the respondent and determine the respondent's interest in responding to the appeal:
