DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered April 13, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to append as an exhibit to the pro se supplemental brief an order for psychiatric examination pursuant to CPL 730 of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 14, 2008, is denied as unnecessary as the order is already included in the original papers, and the motion is otherwise denied.
