Appellants having moved to modify the order of this Court entered December 13, 2010, granting a stay of all proceedings to enforce the first decretal paragraph of an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on November 15, 2010, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Hugh C. Carlin, Esq. sworn to January 25, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the stipulation dated January 24, 2011 signed by Hugh C. Carlin, Esq. and Paul Morrison-Taylor, Esq., and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 13, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 11, 2011, and inserting in its place the date March 18, 2011.
