Appeals, by permission, by Janette M., Herbert M., and the attorney for the child from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated December 22, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Richard Colodny, Esq., dated February 9, 2011, it is

ORDERED that the appellant Herbert M., is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal on behalf of Herbert M.:

ORDERED that the stenographer(s) and/or the transcription service(s) is/are required promptly to make and certify one transcript of the proceedings, if any, in addition to the two copies previously directed to be made and certified by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2011; in the case of stenographers, this transcript shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court, and the clerk of the Family Court shall furnish the certified transcript to counsel for Herbert M. without charge; in the case of transcription services, the transcript shall be delivered to counsel for Herbert M. Counsel for Herbert M. is directed to ensure that a copy of said transcript is furnished to counsel for the petitioner-respondent, when counsel serves a brief upon that party; and it is further,

ORDERED that the assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with any scheduling order or orders issued pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]); and it is further,
