Application by Melissa Danielle Wasley, also known as Melissa Danielle Poland, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 23, 2002, under the name Melissa Danielle Wasley, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Melissa Danielle Hirsch.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Melissa Danielle Poland to Melissa Danielle Hirsch, effective immediately.
