DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 29, 2010, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 13, 2010, as stayed enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to pay the respondent the sum of $15,000 for an attorney's fee, stayed enforcement of any money judgment entered upon the order, and stayed all proceedings based on so much of the order entered June 29, 2010, as granted the respondent's motion to hold the appellant in contempt.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 13, 2010, is vacated.
