Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties, dated February 8, 2011, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellants Sunny Ridge Homes, Inc., and Lejge Construction, LLC, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
