| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by DeFonseca Architect, P.C., from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 16, 2008.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Louise Clay, as limited administrator of the estate of Alba Guzman, is substituted for the deceased respondent Alba Guzman, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 17, 2011, Louise Clay, as limited administrator of the estate of Alba Guzman, by counsel, shall advise the Court whether she adopts the brief filed on behalf of Alba Guzman on October 16, 2008, or whether she will serve and file a replacement brief.
