On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on certification dated December 7, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated September 7, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Jeanette W." and substituting therefor the names "Keith Pendleton and Anne Pendleton."
