Motion by the nonparty-appellants to stay enforcement of a corrected order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2011, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 18, 2011, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a corrected order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2011(see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
