DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 19, 2011, and to reinstate a certain temporary order of protection, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated January 19, 2011. Separate motion by the appellant to direct the respondent to "immediately remove all surveillance cameras" from certain premises, and to "cease and desist from banging, screaming, harassing, and threatening" her, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
