Motion by the plaintiff for leave to renew and reargue a prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 2, 2010, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 30, 2008, and for poor person relief. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
