On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 3, 2011, and its order on certification dated February 10, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 22, 2010, are amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court," and substituting therefor the words "Family Court," and by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "both."
