DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no
papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the
appeal is extended to April 18, 2011. It is noted that no further extension of time to perfect the appeal will be granted based upon the delay in
receiving a decision on the presently pending application before the Workers' Compensation Board for reconsideration.
