Appeal by David A. Field and Ellen Field from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 23, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Robert I. Kurtz, Esq., dated February 3, 2011, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Margaret J. Stamile is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on behalf of Margaret J. Stamile:

(2) the respondent Margaret J. Stamile is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Margaret J. Stamile, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
