| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay certification of the subject election results, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a final order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 29, 2010, a supplemental final order of the same court dated January 11, 2011, and a second supplemental final order of the same court dated February 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeals have been determined (see Matter of Skartados v Orange County Bd of Elections, ___ AD3d ___ [2d Dept, Feb. 14, 2011]).
