Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Lake Grove, Suffolk County, rendered March 2, 2010, with appeals from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, rendered March 22, 2010, and from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, entered September 23, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated solely for the purpose of disposition of this motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
It is noted that, by order of this court dated December 2, 2010, appeal number 2010-2728
S CR was dismissed.
