ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 8, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 9, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "March 4, 2011."
